One real workflow first.
A PR review, release, incident follow-up, support issue, documentation flow, or agent-assisted change. If the workflow is too vague to test, it is too vague to automate.
HILLS Lab
HILLS Lab is a small specialist studio from Split, Croatia. We work on the practical layer between software teams, their tools, and the AI systems they use.
How we work
We do not start by adding a chat window. We start with the places where work already happens: repositories, tickets, docs, incidents, deployment rules, and the decisions people keep looking for.
A PR review, release, incident follow-up, support issue, documentation flow, or agent-assisted change. If the workflow is too vague to test, it is too vague to automate.
The useful layer is usually between the tools a team already trusts. We map sources, ownership, access, freshness, and the points where a person must still approve the change.
A good AI workflow leaves a trace: what source was used, what changed, what is risky, and how the team can correct it later.
